Are you concerned if your child is gonna be a US citizen or not when he or she is born? Well, right now there is a class action that was filed in New Hampshire protecting that child’s right. As of right now, the executive order eliminating birthright citizenship is on hold. Meaning if your child is born in the United States, regardless of what your immigration status is, that child will continue to be a US citizen.
