As an immigrant, I know firsthand the complexities and emotional struggles families face. I am aware of the difficulty it is to get real, transparent advice in what immigrants should expect in their cases. I created Legal Defense USA as a platform for immigrants to find answers and direction in their individual journey in the United States. My passion for helping families combined with my advocacy for justice, fuels my desire to serve as many people I can. Meet Attorney Nayela Esmail Giga

IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY DEDICATED TO YOUR RIGHTS

Nayela Esmail Giga immigrated to the United States at a very young age. From a young age, Nayela knew she wanted to be a lawyer. But not just any lawyer – an immigration lawyer. She saw the struggles friends and family endured in obtaining status and protection in the U.S. She quickly learned, service to others and helping people was her passion, fueling her dedication to the study and practice of law.

Nayela graduated from Stetson University, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate with a Certificate of Concentration in Advocacy. She also attended University of Central Florida, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.

Along with serving on various institutions and associations, Nayela is a member of the Supreme Court of the United States, as well as a Member of the Florida Bar Association. Nayela is admitted to practice immigration law in all 50 states. Nayela is also a Certified Florida County and Florida Circuit Civil Mediator.

Nayela has been practicing immigration law for over a decade. She has argued before the immigration judges, against government attorneys representing the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE), and has represented individuals before USCIS officers in Florida, and in other parts of the U.S.

Nayela is fluent in Hindi, Urdu, Kachi, Gujarati, and conversational in Spanish.
