Family Reunification Parole Ending

On December 12th, 2025, USCIS announced that the family reunification program will end for at least seven countries. These countries include Columbia, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, and Honduras. If you are here in the United States, because of these humanitarian paroles and programs, you must leave the country by January 14th, 2026, before you start accruing unlawful presence.

It’s a very complicated situation. You need to speak to an immigration attorney to understand what that means for you and your family from these countries under this program. Our offices are available to help answer these questions. We are open 24/7.
