Just a few days ago, ICE released a new memo that anyone who entered the country without inspection, meaning you illegally cross the border, whatever border that was without permission, you are now no longer eligible for bond. So if you have a family member who fits this criteria and they are being picked up by police or by immigration, or by any agency they may not be eligible for bond.
