The Cuban Parole Program. Fast Facts!


If you are a person from Cuba who came into the United States, you either crossed the border, you received a parole, or you came in with permission. Certain individuals have come into the United States with permission are eligible to receive status in the United States. Those who entered the border without permission were not eligible to adjust or gain residency in the United States.

They need to have either an admission card or a parole card. Cubans have a special program. It is called the Cuban Parole Program, which allows certain Cuban individuals to receive a parole in place by ICE that opens up channels and doors, for adjustment applications based off of the fact that they are Cubans.
